About Health Plus, a psychiatric and rehab clinic in Bani Gala
Health Plus treats addiction and mental illness in a residential clinic on Valley Road, Bani Gala, Islamabad. Care is led by consultant psychiatrists and clinical psychologists.
Why Health Plus was set up
Our founder, Dr. Abdur Rahim Khan, set up Health Plus after meeting many families who had already tried a rehab that offered a bed and little else.
The idea was simple: a residential center where a psychiatrist sees patients from the first day, therapy happens every day, and families are part of treatment. Detox is managed with medicine, and mental health problems such as depression or psychosis are treated at the same time as the addiction.
The clinic is in a quiet, green part of Bani Gala, away from the friends, places and dealers that often keep addiction going.
Our aim
To provide good mental health care and effective addiction treatment in Islamabad, so that recovery is possible for more families, whatever room they can afford.

The health information on this website is written by our team in plain language for families. Every condition, program and guide page is reviewed by one of our consultants before it is published. Psychiatrists review pages about medicine, detox and psychiatric conditions. Our clinical psychologist reviews pages about therapy, family sessions and the 12-Step program.
